    ZACH ROBERTS | Owner & President

    Owner and President Zach Roberts is a 4th generation home builder with over 20 years of experience with complex homebuilds. His passion for the industry runs deep, and client satisfaction even deeper. There isn't a build or challenge he isn't able to tackle head-on. 

  • JEFF STEPHENSON | General & Project Manager

    Jeff Stephenson began his career in high-end custom building in 2015, quickly earning a reputation for staying ahead of challenges and delivering personalized solutions. He combines professionalism with a personal touch to meet each client’s unique needs. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and being a dedicated father and husband.

    For 18 years, DJ has built exceptional custom homes and remodels in the greater Seattle area. Known for his attention to detail and problem-solving, he consistently earns the trust of his clients. When not on the job site, he’s cheering on his three boys on the sidelines or tackling home projects with his lovely wife.

    Dan has built his career over 30 years in high-end residential construction on a foundation of precision, creativity, and collaboration. From hands-on building to utilizing advanced 3D modeling, he specializes in bringing complex, custom designs to life. Dan is committed to flawless execution, ensuring every detail reflects exceptional quality and truly embodies the client's vision.

    Jodie’s journey in the high-end custom construction industry began in 2019. Her hard-working and detail-oriented approach quickly paved the way to becoming a PM. She is dedicated to understanding and serving each client’s specific vision, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Outside of work, Jodie enjoys skiing, dirt biking, and vacationing with her family. A true Pacific Northwest native, she loves all things outdoors.
